Shop Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Closed on weekends

Starting Pay: $18/hour

Job Description:

Auto Glass Professionals is looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Olympia, WA. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional experience both in person and over the phone. You’ll assist with scheduling appointments, starting insurance claims, handling customer inquiries, and supporting our technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

– Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and by email

– Schedule appointments and manage the daily service calendar

– Communicate clearly with customers about services, pricing, and insurance claims

– Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure a smooth workflow

– Maintain organized customer records and documentation

– Handle payments, invoicing, and basic office duties

– Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction

– Represent Auto Glass Professionals with professionalism and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

– Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role (preferred)

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and office software

– Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment

– Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer experience

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Experience with auto industry or insurance processes is a plus (but not required)
