– Install and repair windshields, door glass, back glass, and other automotive glass components

– Perform ADAS calibrations (training provided if needed)

– Pre-inspect vehicles and diagnose issues prior to service

– Safely remove and replace glass using proper tools and procedures

– Ensure all installations meet Auto Glass Safety Council (AGSC) standards

– Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle (for mobile services)

– Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner

– Document work performed and submit accurate job records
