Shop Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Closed on weekends

Starting Pay: $17/hour

Job Description:

Auto Glass Professionals is looking for a dependable and eager to learn Apprentice Auto Glass Technician to join our growing team in Olympia, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in starting a hands on career in the auto industry. You’ll receive on the job training from experienced technicians, learning everything from glass replacement to advanced calibration techniques, all while working in a supportive, family run, veteran owned shop.

Responsibilities:

– Assist senior technicians with auto glass repair and replacement

– Learn to safely handle and install windshields, door glass, and other vehicle windows

– Help with preparing tools, cleaning workspaces, and maintaining shop vehicles

– Participate in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration training

– Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

– Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

– Complete assigned training tasks and shadowing sessions

– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop and mobile vehicles

Preferred Qualifications:

– No prior experience required — we provide full training

– Interest in automotive repair, glass work, or hands-on trades

– Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

– Good communication and teamwork skills

– Ability to lift and safely handle glass and equipment

– Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

– High school diploma or GED preferred
