Our warranty covers: The repaired area against future cracking Guarantee that the repair will pass a state vehicle inspection Disclaimer:Sometimes, during the repair process, a chip can spread due to the stress on the glass. While rare, this is a known risk and not covered under the warranty. If a repair fails or you're not satisfied with the results, we’ll credit the original cost of the repair toward a full windshield replacement performed by our team. If your insurance covered the repair, that credit may go to the insurer, and you may be responsible for any deductible. ADAS Calibration Guarantee If your vehicle includes Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) that require camera recalibration after a windshield replacement, that recalibration is backed by a 30 day guarantee or until your next recalibration event, whichever comes first. A recalibration event is defined by the vehicle manufacturer and may include:- Collision or impact - Suspension alignment - Windshield replacement - Disconnection or repositioning of the camera system We highly recommend checking your owner’s manual and not relying on ADAS systems until proper recalibration is completed. Exclusions and Limitations While we strive for perfection, some things fall outside of warranty coverage. Here’s what our warranty does not cover: Damage resulting from pre-existing rust, frame damage, or improper bodywork New damage to glass from road debris, accidents, vandalism, or environmental factors Any work not performed by Auto Glass Professionals or its authorized partners Vehicles with modifications outside OEM specifications that interfere with proper installation or recalibration Before each service, we perform a thorough pre-inspection to document any existing damage. If structural issues like rust prevent a safe install, we’ll notify you and recommend a qualified body shop for repair. Costs for rust repair or transport are not covered under this warranty.
