Shop Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Closed on weekends

Starting Pay: $18/hour

Job Description:

Auto Glass Professionals is looking for a skilled and dependable Mobile Auto Glass Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll travel to customer locations throughout Olympia and surrounding areas to perform on-site auto glass repairs, replacements, and calibrations. You’ll be trusted to work independently while delivering the high quality service and professionalism our customers have come to expect. Responsibilities:

– Travel to customer homes, workplaces, or fleet locations to complete auto glass installations

– Replace windshields, door glass, back glass, and other vehicle windows on-site

– Perform pre-scans, post-scans, and ADAS calibrations as needed (training provided if required)

– Ensure all installations meet or exceed AGSC (Auto Glass Safety Council) standards

– Provide professional, courteous service and explain work completed to customers

– Maintain inventory and tools in a clean, organized mobile service vehicle

– Accurately document jobs, customer signatures, and materials used

– Report any issues, delays, or customer feedback to the main shop team

Preferred Qualifications:

– Prior experience in auto glass installation or relevant auto body/mechanical work preferred

– Willingness to be trained in ADAS calibration procedures and mobile service best practices

– Excellent time management and communication skills

– Ability to lift, handle, and maneuver glass and tools safely

– Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards

– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

– High school diploma or GED
