Job Description:

Auto Glass Professionals is looking for a driven and results oriented Outbound Sales Representative to focus on developing relationships with fleet managers, insurance agents, and commercial accounts. This role is ideal for a motivated self starter with strong communication skills and a passion for growing long term partnerships. You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence in the Olympia and Thurston County region by offering trusted auto glass solutions to organizations that need dependable service.

Responsibilities:

– Proactively identify and reach out to potential fleet and insurance partners

– Build and maintain relationships with commercial accounts and referral sources

– Present service offerings, pricing, and value propositions to key decision-makers

– Set up ongoing service agreements and recurring appointments for fleet clients

– Follow up with prospects and track all outreach activity in CRM or internal tools

– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery

– Represent Auto Glass Professionals at local networking events or trade functions (as needed)

– Meet or exceed monthly outreach and conversion goals

Preferred Qualifications:

– Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, insurance, or service industries

– Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

– Comfortable making cold calls and conducting in-person visits to potential clients

– Highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts and follow-ups

– Knowledge of fleet management or insurance workflows is a strong plus

– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
